			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There is a problem with children getting fatter.These children need to get more aerobic exercise to alleviate this problem.The invention of computers,television and play stations and the fact that all the open spaces have been closed to make way for more homes leaves them with little or no exercise.The computers,television and play stations keep children indoors and there is no time to get physical activity.The open spaces that have been closed gives them little or no ground to play.This is absolutely no good for children.If children are not getting the aerobic exercise,they will be overweight and obese,as they get older.</p>
<p>The children may have poor eating habits,and not caring about getting healthy.This can cause them problems in the long run.It important for children to get aerobic exercise as they grow and develop.Their bodies need to have aerobic exercise more often so that their muscles can be strong,their hearts and lung can fully develop.This simply means their bodies needs exercise and it is very important for them.As a result the children must exercise or play a lot to grow and develop well.</p>
<p>There are several other things that children can do,if they do not get enough exercise.Healthy eating rules should be made compulsory in the home.You have to make sure that your children are eating well and are eating healthy foods.Fruits and vegetables should be included in their daily food.You must not let your children eat in front of a tv or a computer.</p>
<p>You must also set time limits on the use of computer or television a day.You must enforce these rules and encourage them to do other things while the tv and computer are switched off.You should do things as family to keep them going.</p>
<p>You must have family exercise times to encourage your children to take part and enjoy.This you can make by allocating time each day to exercise.<br />There should be some day for the family fun like taking a walk together,playing together.All this can turn into a great family experience, enjoyment and getting together,this on its own make a healthy family.If you work with your children this way you are giving them the best possible healthy life style.This will benefit the children in the long run.</p>

<p>First find the working out plan that is your sweet spot.If you work out too heavily you might injure yourself or see no results.However if you do not work heavily enough you will not loose any weight or grow stronger<br />Therefore you have to work out a plan that has the right work out format for you.when trying new exercisemake sure that they include enough<br />weights or speed to make it hard,but not impssible.Remember also that you need to rework the plan of your workout as your tolerance and endurance increases,so take a routine every week or two and make necessary changes.</p>
